The annual Undergraduate Research Conference took place with help and participation from students and faculty members who served as judges, committee members and/or mentors.

Ƶ at Salem held its fall Undergraduate Research Conference, an event that recognizes students for their research and allows them to share what they learned through discussions with the academic staff. The conference is open to all undergraduates in any discipline and in any for-credit course on any Ƶ Ƶ campus.   At this week’s home game Randale Richmond, vice president and director of intercollegiate athletics, presented Ƶ Ƶ President Todd Diacon with a commemorative piece of floorboard from Ƶ Ƶ's Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center in celebration of the building’s 75th anniversary.   The Golden Flashes men’s basketball team celebrated with a hard-earned, 96-84 victory over the Austin Peay Governors. The IS/IT Career Expo welcomes students from all majors to explore a wide range of Information Systems and Information Technology career paths through panel discussions led by industry professionals, many of whom are KSU alumni. The event emphasizes that IS and IT careers extend beyond technical tasks, supporting essential functions in almost every organization, and that companies actively recruit graduates with these skills.
