The Leadership Tuscarawas Class of 2022 will present the results of their community projects at the Graduation Celebration on May 10. At the graduation celebration, 18 class members sponsored by small businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations in Tuscarawas County, will be recognized for their achievements in the 10-month leadership development program. Dr Molly Merryman has been awarded funding from the US Embassy in London for a project entitled: Resilience During the Pandemic: LGBQT+ Stories. The project will include a traveling exhibition and lecture series celebrating the launch of the Queer Britain national LGBTQ museum. The exhibition will tour England, Northern Ireland and Wales, and features video-based oral histories from the Queer Pandemic oral history project, that explores experiences of LGBTQ+ people living in the time of COVID. ...
