Chef Walk has all the pro chef moves!
The Oct. 17 Farmers' Market at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ ºìÐÓÊÓƵ's Student Recreation and Wellness Center featured Executive Chef Stephen D. Walk preparing spaghetti squash. As ºìÐÓÊÓƵ ºìÐÓÊÓƵ's new executive chef, Walk oversees all dining and retail operations.

This is the second-to-last date for the ºìÐÓÊÓƵ ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Farmers' Market this semester, with the final event scheduled to take place from 4-7 p.m. on Nov. 14, inside the Design Innovation Hub. A mushroom dish is planned for the cooking demonstration that day.
The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Farmers' Market resumes for the spring semester, beginning Feb. 20 and will continue to feature cooking demonstrations by ºìÐÓÊÓƵ ºìÐÓÊÓƵ chefs.
