The Oct. 17 Farmers' Market at ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ's Student Recreation and Wellness Center featured Executive Chef Stephen D. Walk preparing spaghetti squash. As ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ's new executive chef, Walk oversees all dining and retail operations.

This is the second-to-last date for the ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Farmers' Market this semester, with the final event scheduled to take place from 4-7 p.m. on Nov. 14, inside the Design Innovation Hub. A mushroom dish is planned for the cooking demonstration that day.
The ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ Farmers' Market resumes for the spring semester, beginning Feb. 20 and will continue to feature cooking demonstrations by ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ chefs.
