This summer, U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg made his first visit to ºìÐÓÊÓƵ ºìÐÓÊÓƵ.
He was accompanied by U.S. Representative, and ºìÐÓÊÓƵ ºìÐÓÊÓƵ alumna, Emilia Sykes. Together, they toured ºìÐÓÊÓƵ ºìÐÓÊÓƵ's College of Aeronautics and Engineering with Dean Christina Bloebaum, Ph.D., and ºìÐÓÊÓƵ President Todd Diacon, Ph.D. There, they saw demonstrations of the college's cutting-edge technology and met with students and several local mayors.
Later, Diacon, with Alison Caplan, director of the May 4 Visitors Center, led Buttigieg and Sykes on a tour of the center.
